Magic Carpet Kids Yoga
In this class children will breathe, relax and feel the earth, sun and light through their body as they move energy up and down and allow the body to completely unwind. Interwoven in each class are messages such as, positive thinking, gratitude, joy and love. We begin each class breathing love into our hearts and peace out to the world. We then go on a mindful walk incorporating poses along the way. We end each class with "You are a bright and shining star"

Magic Carpet Family Yoga
This family friendly class will take an imaginary mindful journey to places such as a forest, ocean or secret garden. Along the way we say positive affirmations together. “I am amazing!” “I am strong!” In this meditation, children breathe, relax and feel the earth, sun and light through their body as they move energy up and down and allow the body to completely unwind.

Toddler & Me Yoga
This mindful movements class is geared toward new walkers through preschool. (1-5 years old.) This sweet yoga class introduces little yogi's and their moms, dads, grandparent or caretakers to our very own Magic Carpet Yoga class with songs, movement, stories, and play.

Art Exploration
Bring your kids to an expressive art group where they are create, explore, and play. In this hour class, we will dive into the creative process where they will learn new art techniques that are therapeutic and community involved. Kids will work individually and collectively to create works of art that represent their unique selves.
