Jessica Ryan Reeves
Jessica believes in the power of heart-centered authentic communication. When we feel safe in the world, humankind’s potential for connection is unmatched. She believes that through movement and expression of your story you can shift your perspective. New perspectives inspire positive change, which allows old patterns to unwind. This is important because isolation, uncertainty, and fatigue are tied to stuck configurations in the body. Freeing yourself from such patterns gives you more access to your potential; physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Jessica graduated from Naropa University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Somatic Psychology and Environmental Studies. She attended Brian Utting School of Massage and specializes in Shiatsu, Craniosacral, and Abdominal work.
