Qigong Classes

Qigong is not only great to bring about healing to the body, but it also enhances a sense of balance and well being.  It is also a great exercise to get the circulation moving.  

This is a wonderful practice for prenatal and postnatal moms. 


No knowledge of this ancient Chinese Taoist practice is required.

Meditation for Manifestation

These weekly guided meditations will be focused on tuning into our creator beings and through visualization, we will discover how to create the world we want for ourselves. 

Topics will include: 

Financial abundance - Harmony and balance

Relationships - Health and healing

Stress reduction - Calming the mind chatter

Strengthening organs - Deepening  breath

Bring a question or intention.

Yin Yoga for Restoration

Slow and steady, yin restorative allows you time to sink deeply into stretching the deeper layers of your body.  This gentle practice combined with intentional breathing offers your body a beautiful, nourishing reset for your week ahead.

Baby and Me Dance Class

Are you a mama who loves to dance, but hasn’t been able to find the time since having your baby? This class is for you!


Spend your Friday morning doing something good for both you and your baby!


This class will include stretching and strengthening for you, so you can feel amazing in your body after birth. Dancing with your baby is an incredible way to bond as well. Shake out the stress of early parenthood and make connections with other new mamas!
